For the first decade, Guild provided residential mortgages to the homebuyers in American Housing Guild's home developments. In 1972, Guild broadened its range of services by expanding into resale mortgage financing. This record of successful growth has resulted in the Guild Mortgage Company of the 21st century, a nationally recognized mortgage banking company with over 55 branch offices.

Guild Mortgage Company of Phoenix was founded in 2004 by Eric Lee and Anthony Valdez. With a combined experience of over 18 years in the mortgage industry Eric and Tony have been able to build Guild Mortgage of Phoenix into a mortgage loan provider that is the pride of Guild Mortgage Company and the preferred finance provider for Realtors, financial planners, business managers and borrowers through out the United States.
